What is the typical coaching process?

  • 1. Initial Inquiry + Discovery Call

    Free 30-minute discovery call to explore your goals, understand your needs, and see if we're a good fit to work together.

  • 2. Onboarding + Goal Setting

    Your first coaching session will be a 60-90 minute deep dive into your goals and growth areas, resulting in a personalized coaching plan and roadmap.

  • 3. Coaching Sessions

    Bi-weekly 45-60 minute sessions, in person or virtual, focused on overcoming challenges, refining goals, and building strategies for continuous growth and actionable insights.

  • 4. Mid-Point Review + Adjustments

    At the midway point, we'll review progress, refine strategies, and adjust the plan to align with your evolving goals for the remainder of the coaching journey.

  • 5. Completion of Coaching Cycle

    At the end of the coaching cycle, we'll review your progress, celebrate achievements, and outline next steps or options for continued coaching.

  • 6. Follow-Up + Continued Support

    Choose ongoing coaching sessions, a maintenance plan, or periodic check-ins, to ensure continued growth, support, and personalized adjustments as needed.
