Before diving into coaching, I spent over 30 years leading Digital and eCommerce transformation across various retail and online industries, with a focus on fashion, beauty, entertainment, and print. Most recently, I served as the Chief Digital Officer at Grande Cosmetics. Throughout my career, I have mentored and coached teams and individuals and facilitated tremendous growth, collaborating and working with remarkable brands such as Ticketmaster, Dylan’s Candy Bar, Bliss, Rodale Publishing, Hanky Panky, Rachel Roy, and Grande Cosmetics. My experience spans direct-to-consumer (DTC), brick-and-mortar, Digital, eCommerce, and catalog sectors. Through it all, I have learned that true growth happens when strategy and people align.
